There’s no doubt that I’m my father’s son more than when it comes to appreciating the heck out of a good carrot cake!
And this homemade beauty from @georginaleestuart is easily high up on the list of the best I’ve ever had!

From the stunning architecture alone,
it’s easy to see why Mudgee has been named Australia’s best country escape!
Cannot wait to be back in this beautiful part of NSW next month.
